Golden Garden Hostel Policy and Conditions:
Welcome!
Cancellation policy: 72h before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.
Check in from 14:00 to 21:00.
Check out from 6:00 to 11:00
Payment before arrival by credit card.
Taxes included.
Breakfast not included - 50 BRL per person per day.
No curfew.
General:
Reception with variable hours.
- Present a valid photo ID
- Full payment for reserved daily rates
- Extension of reservation should be done in advance, confirmed upon full payment.
- Cancellations of daily stays will not be refunded.
- After the check-out time of 11am, the staff may charge a full-day rate or remove the guest's belongings from the room in the case of a confirmed reservation.
- After check-out, you can opt to purchase an extended checkout, Check prices with reception.
- A half-day rate will be Added to the reservation price for check-out done after 11 a.m., and a full-day rate will be Added to the reservation price after 2 p.m.
Hostel Rules
Security: Keep your belongings secured. We are not responsible for lost/forgotten items on the hostel premises.
Quiet Hours: Ubatuba strictly follows the Quiet Hours law. Therefore, we ask for your understanding and respect for this local law, which applies All Day, and we also request special attention to this law between 10 pm-8 am.
Maintain silence in the rooms and respect your peers in common areas.
Kitchen: Use is allowed from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Every guest is responsible for washing, drying, and storing their own dishes.
Maintain cleanliness and organization.
Eating or drinking in the dormitories is not allowed.
Fridge use: Place a label with your name and check-out date.
Items without labels will be made available for consumption or removed from the fridge.
Visitors: Only allowed in common areas from 10 am to 8 pm. Non-guests are not allowed inside the rooms.
Use only your assigned bed and locker as indicated by reception. If you switch beds or use another locker, a fine of R$20.00 will be charged (if your locker or bed is being used, inform reception).
Smoking is prohibited inside the Hostel; please use the designated area. Drugs are prohibited.
Bringing or consuming outside drinks is not allowed. We offer various options within the Hostel for your convenience. Check out our choices!
Sexual activities are prohibited in shared dormitories, bathrooms, or common areas.
Lost or forgotten guest belongings will be stored for a maximum of 1 month, after which the Hostel is free to dispose of them as deemed fit.
In case of failure to comply with the rules of conduct, the guest may be asked to leave the Hostel without entitlement to a refund.
